Each year GAIN organises two public forums to celebrate, educate, provide information and increase the awareness of the importance of women’s gynaecological health. The two events take place in March/April and September.  Each forum focuses on specific gynaecological topics, which may include: Cervical Cancer and the Human Papilloma Virus, Cancer of the Vulva, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Chronic Pelvic Pain, Endometriosis to name a few.

So you can take part by hosting a morning tea within your community group, at work, at home or other to help celebrate women’s gynaecological health. Many people like to help celebrate International Gynaecological Awareness Day (Int. Gynae Day), which is on September 10th each year. To help celebrate the day, you may also like to wear our GAIN t-shirts. You’ll be helping to raise awareness of womens gynaecological health, which is often deemed taboo to talk about.

And its easy simply choose an event that suits you and register at  enquiries@gain.org.au or call Catherine on 0406 333 735.

Well give you all the help you need to get your fundraising off the ground and keep you updated throughout the year with event news.

Were sure youll feel an amazing sense of achievement when you see the impact your fundraising will have on raising gynaecological health within the community.
