Chronic Pelvic Support Group

Chronic Pelvic Support Group commenced on Saturday April 9th 2011, to offer a support service to women suffering from Chronic Pelvic Pain. The support group is being run by Ms Catherine Aurubind (Former GAIN President; Current Director/ Australian Representative HOPE (Health Organisation for Pudendal Education)) and Mrs Vanessa Watson (Gynaecological / Urological Nurse) who have both shared the diagnosis of Pudendal Nerve Entrapment, a neurologic cause of pelvic, vulval and rectal pain.

The support group is offered for women who are suffering any aspect of pelvic pain, namely, Endometriosis, Adhesions, Vulvodynia (Vulval Pain), Pelvic Floor Myalgia/Prolapse and PNE. The session will run for 2 hours and will take place at the GAIN office in Subiaco.
